Dalby’s Delicious and DeLIGHTful Festival is Dalby’s signature festival

taking place each August. 

It is organised by Dalby Welcoming Community Inc.

​The festival features an amazing array of multicultural food and
entertainment with the unique and spectacular lantern parade being the
highlight of the festival as it moves along the banks of the beautiful

Myall Creek.

​

Embracing and celebrating Dalby’s diverse community, it attracts locals
and visitors alike.

There’s something for everyone, from children and

families to young adults and the elderly.

 

The festival offers a varied range of activities including a Flag Parade, a Colour Blast Glow Edition Fun Run, Children’s Carnivale, an Australian Citizenship Ceremony, a Multicultural Dance Competition, Celebrity Chef, Cooking

Competitions and a Fireshow.

 

There’s food to taste, performers to watch and games to play. In short, a

fun festival to be enjoyed by all!

After a DeLIGHTful year in 2023 - Dalby Welcoming Community Inc., has made the decision to make our festival Biannual. 
 

This allows our festival to line up in between other major regional festivals and gives our small, but mighty team to bring you an even
